Netchannels is hiring a long-term Help-Desk Manager contractor for its client: MicroFocus.

MicroFocus Sales Strategy and Operations organization requires a skilled Deal Desk Manager to help drive our software deal sales support program to help achieve current year revenue-goals. This Deal Desk Manager will successfully review, structure, draft and negotiate a complex set of license and SaaS transactions to successful completion resulting in improve license revenue. This will include working with sales teams within MicroFocus, legal, global revenue recognition and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Advisor to regional sales organization

• Structured software licensing transaction to maximize revenue and minimize risk to the company.

• Worked with corporate operations to develop best practices for fulfilling non-standard deals

• Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvement and/or sales training opportunities.

• Drafted licensing Schedule terms and participate with legal in contact licensing negotiations.

• Assisted with transaction closing by ensuring all contact paperwork is complete, approvals are in place, and orders are closed out properly in Salesforce.com.

Services to be rendered:

• Focus on AMS license and SaaS revenue business

• Escalation Coordination and Dashboard reporting of deal status

• Work with key stakeholders and champion solutions to help bridge gaps.

• Work with the ELA and sales organizations to help build pipeline.

• Other deal related project work as necessary.

Contractor will provide weekly written status reports if requested that summarize:

The Services (including all tasks and activities) performed outside of the deal review and approval process and effort (hours) expended by the contractor for that time period.

A forecast of activities proposed to be completed by the contractor during future weeks, and the estimated effort (number of hours) to complete those activities. These projections for future week's activities and effort will be for informational purposes only and will not be binding.

Any issues that need to be addressed.

Contractor will submit its status reports to MicroFocus Project Manager each week by Monday of the following week.

Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to join our team of channel careerists.

Our channel client has a newly designed Partner Program. In this role, you will be utilizing the existing Partner Program vision and framework to develop a go-to-market plan to launch the new program, as well as, recruit, develop and activate the target partner community.

The ideal candidate has deep experience building, launching and executing Partner Programs.

This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.

What you will be doing:

Working with the clients' leadership to identify the targeted partner audience to patriciate in the Partner Program.

Developing strategies to recruit partners in to the Programs.

Developing an integrated go-to-market plan to launch the new Partner Program.

Collaborating with internal client teams to build out the supporting Partner Program benefits (ie. Incentives, Enablement, Demand Generation, etc.).

Collaborating with the clients' internal web team to utilize the Partner Portal to support partner on-boarding, and the overall Partner Program experience.

Providing support for executing the day-to-day activities associated with running the Global Partner Program

Ensuring partners are compliant with the Partner Program's performance criteria.

Engaging with the client's Partner Account Managers to provide guidance, and respond to programmatic related questions.

Creating or influencing the development of partner facing websites, playbooks, guides, presentation, training materials, etc, as it relates to the Partner Program.

Tracking and reporting results for Quarterly Business Review.

You're a great fit if you have:

7+ years of Partner Program experience.

Experience being a builder and an executer.

GTM launch experience at a top IT firm.

Experience working with channel sales organizations.

Security experience is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of partner business models.

Work independently and leads teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment and experience.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional leadership skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent - MBA is a plus.

Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a Go-To-Market Segment Lead, Digital Media professional to drive the strategy and execution. You should have deep knowledge of the creative customer segment, coupled with proven experience in online, direct and indirect subscription sales. Position will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in an improved customer experience and retention and increased new customer acquisition.

Your work will focus on the clients growing consumer customer base, using data and market insights to find the best ways to engage with customers, increase their share of wallet, and ensure they remain lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to develop and execute business plans that deliver quarterly sales goals

•Drive cross-functional efforts to execute on actions that drive customer acquisition and retention success, measuring outcomes and course-correcting when necessary

•Collaborate with Finance teams to understand and forecast every component that makes up our quarterly and annual new/renewal revenue success

•Use data-driven business models to optimize acquisition and retention funnels across all direct and indirect routes to market

•Obsess over all try and buy customer experience journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional teams to deliver

•Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition

•Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer segments, and provide insights back to product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences

Qualifications/Experience

•BS/BA with 10+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience

•Customer-first orientation, with deep global experience working with design and video customer segments

•Genuine desire to carry a number, and proven track record of exceeding sales goals

•Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities

•Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues

•Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving

•The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position

•Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels

•A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first

•Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

•Great sense of humor

•M.B.A. - a plus

This position is a long-term contract position, ON SITE at least 3 days a week, in San Jose, CA.

What you'll be doing:

Building value and competitive advantage for our client by increasing traffic and demand generation

Planing and executing all online marketing programs across multiple channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, and PPL to reach weekly lead targets by geography

Driving cost-effective new customer acquisition via metrics-driven online marketing campaigns

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to devise key messaging points for specific inbound campaigns

Build weekly, monthly and quarterly inbound lead targets with campaign managers to deliver marketing qualified leads per agreed upon targets

Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics of demand generation programs, including PPC, display, and paid social programs

Analyzing user behavior in email and landing pages and conversion funnels using analytic tools

Analyzing industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify optimization opportunities

Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize performance of email and landing page experiences

Collaborating with the other marketing channels to exchange data, observations and learnings

Skill Set:

Ability to adapt to changing business needs is critical

3-5 years' of Digital Marketing experience (either in house or agency management)

Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, content syndication)

Previous experience with marketing automation, CRM and A/B testing preferred

Experience building email nurture or engagement programs preferred

Working knowledge of web analytic and optimization tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics etc

BS or BA required

Netchannels is looking for a long-term W2 contractor for our client Cisco Systems. This is a junior role for someone wanting to grow into the Corporate Communications world of Analyst Relations.

POSITION: Corporate Analyst Relations Programs

This role is a combination of operations, communications, and marketing. The goal is to provide operational expertise to the global Analyst Relations team.

Design, collect and publish the Analyst relations metric on a quarterly basis for both the bi-annual audit by technology and region within Cisco and the Analyst Index for key signature research. Excel, Verint (survey tool) and PPT knowledge for this is needed.

Create and publish the Analyst Relations newsletter on a monthly basis. Set up alerts from key research firms to provide recent relevant research articles, input articles into 3rd party tool, including newsletters from top 3 analyst firms. Collect metric and update subscriptions to improve usage and adoption. Cross promote within Cisco for additional coverage in similar publications like Services Strategic Newsletters.

Manage quarterly post-earnings call with Investment Relations. Work with event center to plan, ensure modified PPT is disseminated prior to meeting, and schedule the event. Invite all tier 1 and tier 2 analysts from ARchitect to attend.

Maintain Cisco Tier 1 and Cisco Tier 2 lists in ARchitect (analyst relations database) . Add relevant new analysts to updated lists.

Manage post-earnings readout with analyst firm to key stakeholders within Cisco for the financial response to our earning.

Provide ad hoc metrics on analyst segmentation and other key metrics for tracking data.

Design and manage updates of posting for various content including Research Highlights, Reprints and Content from analyst firms on new platform (IBMC) for Employee communities.

Update and organize research on Salesconnect for sales portal – provide design changes as needed to this website for Analyst Relations.

Create best practices for educating stakeholders on briefing analysts.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong planning skills

• Resourceful and a creative thinker

• Demonstrate ability to organize and follow through

• Experience managing the planning and execution of corporate events

• Excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Self-organized team player with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives

• Able to operate in matrix organizations and manage multiple projects concurrently; comfortable working with remote colleagues and stakeholders; experience working across disciplines and geographies

• Comfortable with technology concepts and a general knowledge of the IT industry

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field required
