Specific Accountabilities
Tracking candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information
Sending candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, new hire information, and onboarding information
Interview scheduling, coordination of interview days, candidate travel set-up, bookings, and expense reimbursements
Ensuring Background Checks and any other pre-employment checks as required are documented, and escalating potential issues to client
Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters
Organizing and maintaining candidate recruiting files including EEOC tracking as instructed
Performing administrative activities to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc.)
Provide standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested
Assisting Recruiters and Hiring Managers with all aspects of the interview process including arranging office visit interview activities and acting as a liaison with candidates
May also involve (client specific):
Coordinating internal and external job postings
Initiating work Visa procedures, and liaise with Legal department on Visa matters
Coordination and facilitation of Day 1 activities (supplies, roster, etc.)
Administering pre-employment assessment
Coordinating and providing support for job fairs

Deliverables and Performance Measures
Effective and efficient coordination of applicant processing
Successful completion of tasks on time and with consistent accuracy
Timely turnaround with accuracy of offer letters
Client satisfaction (responsiveness)
Compliant with regulatory or client process as documented in PSDM
Qualifications

Formal Education & Certification
Minimum high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prefer one to three years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience
Prefer experience with a high-volume recruitment process

Knowledge & Experience
Prefer recruiting knowledge
Prefer customer service knowledge

Role: Network Engineer

Duration: 1+ year

Location: Portsmouth NH

Rate: Open ( DOE)

Expenses paid project : Travel required all over the USA.

Requirements for project:

· Good Customer Service oriented skills. This job is a reactive position so the candidate will be working with the end client and integrator alike which means there can be multiple service levels to work through at times

· Experience and solid knowledge of the Cisco 7600 platform and various line cards. Cisco ASR platform is also desirable but not mandatory.

· Must possess solid routing and switching skills. Need to know OSPF, BGP in depth and be conversant about ISIS. Need to understand how routing protocols work together and how the router chooses routes based on things like AD and longest match.

· Need to know MPLS both layer two and three VPN's.

· Need to know Multicast and the various flavors of i.e. SSM, Autorp etc.

· Experience with switching, VLAN's etc.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills.

· How to resolve problems independently and work with with end client and integrator to bring resolution to problem.

· Knowledge of how to perform IOS bug scrubs.

The Application Engineer:

Is responsible for the development & coding complete hands-on, with BI development using SSAS, backend database Sql server 2008 R2 & Oracle big plus.

Candidates should have a clear understanding of dimensional modeling and ETL's for Dimensions and Facts, worked with DSVs and creating custom dimensions.

Experience with ETL's for Cube and dimension… The position will also be responsible for the review of existing Reports and have the ability to modify them as per business requirement.

Work experience with KPI's and Dashboard reporting is a must.

Good Understanding of DataMarts/ Data warehouse Concepts and Good understanding of MOLAP/ROLAP Cubes structure.

This position will be responsible for the creation of first level program and systems designs and will develop highly maintainable software by anticipating future changes and providing code flexibility. The successful candidate will be also be able to comprehend all detailed requirements before starting to design or code the solution.
