Job Description:
The Senior Security Engineer will work closely with the development and operations teams, and will be the primary driver for security analysis, evaluation, and improvement. This engineer will educate the teams about secure application development, and will help design and create innovative security solutions for our financial management solutions. This person will play a key role providing both strategic and tactical security advice and help in developing technology solutions which promote the security of our customers' data.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities include identifying and understanding the development practices, networks and infrastructure that represent the key building blocks and operational strengths of cloud computing solutions.
• This engineer will recommend and build solutions and mitigations to address issues and mitigate exposure.
• You will lead our technology team's security enforcement by participating in engineering design reviews and by performing in-depth security penetration testing of our entire operation.
• You will have input on application design, secure coding practices, log forensics, log design and application code security.
• The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience protecting against web and web services security vulnerabilities including cross-site scripting, SQL injection, DoS attacks, XML/SOAP and API attacks, email security flaws and more.
• You will stay informed about industry best practices, be aware of new and developing security attack methods, and present your insights regularly to internal development teams.
• This individual will also help acquire or build application security tools for internal use, and will champion adoption and usage of those tools.

Job Requirements:
• BS degree (4 year program)
• Minimum of 5 years working in application security
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking
• Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in 24x7 support for security in production systems
• Extensive programming and application development experience in multiple languages such as PHP, Java, C, and scripting languages

Job Description:
The Integration Support Analyst (ISA) will provide support for integrations between Intacct and 3rd party applications, including SalesForce.com, Clarizen, Avatax, and more. In addition, the ISA will provide support for Intacct Web Services and platform development. In this highly visible customer facing role, the ISA candidate will be an experienced support engineer who will leverage their technical and support expertise to work with clients to solve complex issues.

Job Responsibilities:
• The Integration Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting external customers with issues relating to:
• Using the Intacct Web Services API's
• Using the Intacct Platform Product
• Supporting and repairing Intacct Integrations with third party applications
• Intacct Customization Services issues such as:
o Smart Events
o Smart Rules
o Packages
o Custom Fields
o Custom Documents
• Create plans to address customers' issues and design and build tools to solve customer problems.
• The successful candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a track record delivering in a technical support role.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with web-based programming languages such as PHP, Python, Perl and XML
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a customer interfacing support role
• Excellent understanding of integration techniques between systems using XML is REQUIRED
• Experience with SQL databases in cloud computing environments is a PLUS
• An understanding and exposure to standard accounting modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Invoicing) is highly desired
• Hands-on experience with applications such as SalesForce.com, Clarizen, or Avatax and past experience working with and building a knowledge base is highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• The successful candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a track record of delivering in a technical support role.
• We are looking for a strong problem solver with critical thinking skills who can identify root causes and solve difficult problems.
• The role may require supporting customers around the world in different time zones, and dealing with multiple customers at the same time.

Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is primarily responsible for producing qualified sales opportunities for Corporate Sales Representatives. The SDR creates sales opportunities by qualifying inbound inquiries from marketing and demand generation activities. The SDR represents Intacct to potential prospects.

Job Description:
The Director, Education and Documentation will be responsible for driving the education content development, roadmap and program for our customers and partners. The Director will lead a team of technical writers, video producers, and trainers who own creation from everything from UI Text and integrated video, to the training calendar for webinar and classroom training classes. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other teams to create a seamless product learning experience. This is a hands-on role, so you will have the opportunity to create learning materials and even deliver courses from time to time.

The Drupal Developer/Administrator will be working in a LAMP environment to develop, manage, and maintain web applications and systems that support our online digital presence.

• Upgrade Drupal 7 Core
o Track Drupal Core security releases and upgrade to latest and greatest release as and when available.

Job Description:
As a Project Manager within Professional Services, primary responsibilities include working directly with our customers and partners independently leading and delivering multiple full lifecycle Intacct software implementation projects simultaneously resulting in in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption. Job Description:
The Sr. QA Engineer is involved throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets customer needs. The QA role is not post-development, but is involved from the beginning to build test cases and to ensure that implications and complications are surfaced early in the design process. This engineer is the ultimate team player, and will be involved in multiple development efforts for each release cycle. The QA team is the customer's advocate and determines which features are released and when they are released.

Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design of major features from initial requirements through customer acceptance
• Create test cases and build test automation tools for feature release and performance testing
• Work with the development team to help them build use cases and test coverage (including test data and development sandbox companies), understanding the necessary tradeoffs and investing the appropriate amount of time on difficult issues
• Manage all test activities for development projects, including bug/defect tracking and reporting, integration/ user-acceptance, and regression testing activities.
• Manage test activity to support project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Determines production readiness of application.
• Develops and maintains testing automation scripts.

Job Requirements:
• BS or MS (MS preferred) in Computer Science
• Must have experience with Accounting/ERP applications or accounting knowledge
• Proficient with QuickTest Professional (QTP) and Quality Center (QC)
• 5+ years software quality and test engineering experience
• 2+ years of Experience with Cloud/SAAS application development & delivery.
• Previous exposure of working in a fast paced development and delivery organization
• Direct experience with C and Visual Basic.
• Direct experience with Javascript, JSP, PHP and Perl scripts
• Direct experience debugging and optimizing existing code to find root cause for cases
• Strong experience in XML, WSDL and Webservices
