Job summary
The VP, Client Services is responsible for providing strategic direction to clients including customer insights, competitive analysis, industry analysis and business goals. This position leads a cross-functional team to identify, sell through, and deliver solutions to achieve client objectives.

Summary of essential job functions
• Develops strategic studies and provides analytical solutions to support custom digital and/or multi-channel marketing solutions (competitive analysis, audience analysis, prioritization exercises, business case support)
• Supports, partners or leads client presentations and business development efforts with strategic thinking, research and analysis
• Oversight and mentorship of Account Management team to ensure work is appropriately positioned for long-term success
• Focus on growing strategic and account planning skill sets
• Responsible for managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the client service portfolio
• Creates strategic roadmaps, identifies key information needs and dependencies and prioritizes workflow
• Prepares analysis and tracking of marketplace, technology and consumer behavior trends both within vertical and across multiple industries
• Works closely with the Analytics team to interpret data and make grounded recommendations to clients
• Responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive client relationship
• Responsible for growing assigned account
• Leads persona development process and primary/secondary research initiatives
• Provides ongoing updates to project team of industry trends, issues, site features and best practices
• Applies broad and deep knowledge of the web to develop proven online and integrated strategic marketing plans
• Leads and creates strategic & account planning presentations independently, responsible for presenting to senior client leadership
• Ultimately responsible for all organic growth opportunity mobilizations, including quarterly review activities, roadmap activities and account planning (12-mo view)
• Mentors Account Services team as needed
• Contribute to new business development, recruiting, team skill development, and digital "evangelization" initiatives
• Strategic director of A-level pursuits and other key opportunities
• Communicates proactively to Sr. Director and VP/execs as needed re: account health and growth
• Ensures and drives healthy team communications
Minimum requirements
• Bachelors degree, MA/MBA and marketing consulting experience a plus
• 7 years experience in an interactive marketing department or agency at a senior level and/or marketing strategy across multiple industries (e.g., automotive, financial services, retailing and consumer goods)
• Experience working through the website development process
• Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
• Experience running a business division with P&L responsibilities
• Demonstrated and quantified success in executing web strategies

Knowledge of the following theory, principles, practices and/or content:
• Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design principles and online consumer behavior
• Possesses an understanding of web analytics
• Familiarity with online branding, marketing and cross-channel strategies
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

The Group Manager will lead a focused outbound strategy and program delivery for the Isilon market opportunity. This position is a senior role requiring experience both in strategic activity assessment and managing the core programs world-wide. As a team leader, this role requires significant experience with demand generation, outbound marketing and program management strategies and skills to help grow significant revenue for the business.

Responsibilities
• Architect and grow a robust foundational program to build, deploy and report campaigns, programs and tradeshows
• Manage a highly productive team to deliver essential outbound programs including
o Tradeshows and event programs
o Outbound campaigns
o Online marketing
o Email marketing and nurture programs
o SEM/SEO/PPC programs
o Turnkey programs for use in all sales channels (direct and indirect)
o Webinars
o Direct Mail programs
• Development and day-to-day management of team plans with recommendations for growth and optimization
• Work across functional areas and with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to achieve pipeline growth and revenue attribution results
• Work with the appropriate 3rd party resources to define and deliver a world-class program
• Deliver regular reporting and dashboards on programs activities to track marketing influence from impressions to revenue
• Delivers a marketing plan of record to ensure alignment with corporate and partner programs as appropriate.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10-12 years of directly relevant, marketing experience including creating and executing integrated outbound marketing and demand generation campaigns with a successful track record of measurable results
• Understand how innovative marketing techniques - social media, PPC/SEM and community marketing integrate into lead generation
• Able to clearly articulate and deliver on program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
• Demonstrated ability to define and manage successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to
juggle multiple projects and requests
• High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Revenue Analyst IV to join the Revenue Analysis team. The team is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and interpreting all Protiviti contractual agreements prior to implementation in the accounting system to ensure compliance with US GAAP/SEC Standards, RHI policy and Protiviti Client Acceptance guidelines.

The Analyst will be responsible for the financial condition/health of an assigned project portfolio by leveraging the transaction detail review completed by the Revenue Analyst team to analyze and distribute reporting based on key financial indicators; will partner with the Protiviti Finance Organization to surface transactions with a high degree of revenue risk and timely resolving escalated issues as necessary. The Analyst will prepare and deliver executive level reporting (Revenue/Reserve adjustment summaries and DSO analysis) to RHI management in accordance with Protiviti´s revenue recognition policies and GAAP; will review and evaluate revenue trend reports for offline business units on a monthly basis, including Creative Options, Protiviti Government Services and Robert Half Government business units. During the quarterly Revenue Recognition Tool process, the Analyst will validate revenue adjustment submissions for data integrity, review, analyze and evaluate large volume revenue adjustments in a time period while applying sound evaluation techniques that concur with Protiviti´s revenue recognition policy. As part of the quarter end close process, the Analyst will apply sound evaluation techniques to evaluate projects within the portfolio for potential inventory/revenue reserves, collaborate with business partners to finalize proposed reserves in adherence with Protiviti´s revenue recognition policy, and will provide guidance and direction to Revenue Analyst team in evaluating the Revenue Recognition Tool and Quarter reserve process. The Analyst will assess the impact of accounting requirements associated with new products and service offerings or GAAP changes as communicated by corporate accounting and implement them into department processes and practices.

The Analyst will relay complex information into common terms in a clear and concise manner so that business partners can quickly understand the underlying concepts. Apply knowledge of Protiviti revenue policy and historical trends in preparing executive level summaries for RHI management. Provide guidance and direction to Revenue Analyst team to application of GAAP and Protiviti Revenue recognition policy to project maintenance activities. The Analyst will monitor and Analyze financial transactions / adjustments requests at a portfolio level (including inventory transfers, closing adjustments and prospective adjustments) for compliance with Protiviti´s revenue recognition / approval policy. Review global client activity for ongoing inter-business unit transactions and coordinate activities as necessary to ensure appropriate global revenue recognition. The Analyst will maintain portfolio level watch lists for transactions with increased risk levels based on key financial indicators (including activity levels, billing/collection history and DSO calculations) The Analyst will escalate issues as necessary to team management and business partners (Engagement Team & Finance Team).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA a plus.
• 5+ years experience with CPA or 7+ years industry experience without CPA in accounting.
• Operational accounting experience a plus.
• Experience in a consulting services industry highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience applying GAAP including revenue recognition and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and technology tools a plus.
• PeopleSoft, Access database and PeopleSoft Query tools skills a plus.
• Ability to grasp new systems software/database programs quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; a strong detail orientation; excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet stated deadlines.

Job Description

Qualifications:

Job Description

Robert Half International is seeking an Employee Communications Specialist to work in our corporate communications department in San Ramon, Calif. The person in this position will assist with and help manage internal communications, corporate responsibility and special projects. The focus on internal communications will include: Creation and maintenance of internal communications, such as intranet content and employee-focused messaging; shared management of online communications portal and message distribution; and a variety of writing and proofreading projects, including story creation for Half Times, the company newsletter.

The Employee Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting key corporate responsibility programs, including environmental sustainability and volunteerism. This position is based in San Ramon but may work out of Menlo Park, Calif.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in public relations (preferably at a PR agency) or corporate communications department; nonprofit, foundation or corporate contributions background, and event management a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing; program/project management; event experience; ability to multitask; very strong attention to detail; proactive.
• Microsoft Office and basic web skills; SharePoint and HTML skills a plus.
