Minimum requirements
• Bachelors degree, MA/MBA and marketing consulting experience a plus
• 7 years experience in an interactive marketing department or agency at a
senior level and/or marketing strategy across multiple industries (e.g.,
automotive, financial services, retailing and consumer goods)
• Experience working through the website development process
• Exceptional team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and
internal team confidence quickly
• Experience running a business division with P&L responsibilities
• Demonstrated and quantified success in executing web strategies
Knowledge of the following theory, principles, practices and/or content:
• Strong understanding of user research, user-centered design principles and
online consumer behavior

Required skills:

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of GTN in the development of monthly accruals, periodic true-ups, analysis and explanation of actual results & forward-looking performance, and Estimates, Budgets, and long-range plans for GTN items including but not limited to Commercial and Medicare Part D contract rebates, Commercial chargebacks, Copay card, Wholesaler Fee, Returns, Allowances & Adjustments, and Cash discount.
Responsibilities:
Develop accruals for month-end close, periodic Estimates, Budgets, and long-range plans for GTN items including Commercial and Medicare Part D contract rebates, Commercial chargebacks, Copay card, Wholesaler Fee, Returns, Allowances & Adjustments, and Cash discount
- Develop and explain periodic true-ups for the accruals listed above and format them for review with the Head of GTN, Accounting, C&P, and Market Access
- Maintain an up-to-date list of all contracts for Commercial / Medicare Part D rebates and Commercial chargebacks, including payment information and more importantly, historical utilization rates and discounts
- Proactively track changes in all Commercial and Medicare Part D rebate contracts / Commercial chargebacks contracts and promptly incorporate applicable changes
- Maintain an up-to-date list of historical and forward-looking TRx by product
- Analyze, explain, and meaningfully summarize GTN variances to support the Head of GTN in the writing of Budget and Estimate GTN Memos
- Proactively track and understand the impact on GTN from changes in applicable legislation & market environment in cooperation with C&P and Accounting
- Support the Head of GTN in establishing the framework and collecting underlying data for analysis of profitability by channel
- Ad-hoc analyses as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and 3+ years similar experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Understanding of and proven ability to develop accruals and true-ups for GTN items listed above
- Track record of building and maintaining business and financial models and "single point of reference" source files
- Demonstrated prior experience with Commercial and Medicare Part D contract rebates
- Proven ability to validate key information by contract including utilization and discount by reviewing them thoroughly with Market Access
- Understanding of the drivers of contract utilization rate
- Actionable knowledge of managed care organizations
- Hands-on Excel skills including linking, formula nesting, pivot tables, and lookups
- Adaptability to competing priorities under tight deadlines a fluid, unstructured environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people individually and groups
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships across departments

Position Summary:
The Associate Counsel, Social Enterprise Lending is responsible for (i) managing due diligence of prospective borrowers, (ii) reviewing and preparing loan documents, (iii) managing loan transaction logistics to ensure timely, efficient, and professional documentation and closings and (iv) managing post-closing legal relationship with borrowers. This position also supervises the work of the Loan Documentation Associate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Produce loan documents for RSF's Social Enterprise Lending program that reflect the intentions of the parties and protect RSF's interests and social mission
• Meet production expectations for new loan transactions and modifications to existing loans
• Supervise the work of the Loan Documentation Associate
• Manage loan transactions between RSF and borrowers to ensure timely, accurate, and professional documentation and closings at a pace consistent with organizational goals, including:
o legal due diligence review of prospective borrowers
o commercial line of credit, equipment and mortgage loan closings
o changes in terms for existing loans
• Manage routine ongoing legal issues with borrowers
• Conduct legal research on lending law as it applies to RSF and other legal issues
• Produce and edit legal and documentation procedures and best practices that are pertinent to RSF's lending operations
• Review legal documents produced by other parties related to RSF's lending activities
• Provide information, documents, and support to portfolio management and client servicing staff as needed
• Participate in Credit Committee
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience: Must have a law degree (JD or equivalent). Must be a member in good standing of a state bar association (California preferred). Experience includes a minimum of two years' experience in preparing loan documents, preferably in the area of secured commercial lending; demonstrated familiarity with loan operations procedures; and demonstrated ability to conduct legal research. A successful candidate will have experience in most (though not necessarily all) of the following practice areas: commercial finance, real estate, and tax-exempt organizations.
English Language Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English, with superior oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex legal concepts in lay terms. Must have the ability to confer and negotiate with outside counsel and clients' counsel. Strong writing skills are a must, including the ability to write with precision and in accord with rules of grammar, punctuation, and style as befits professional quality prose

School Spirit Pays is an educational fundraising organization with an innovative approach to raising money for schools, charities and other non-profit organizations. We partner with non-profits, typically Education Foundations, to roll out our program to their key supporters and ultimately their entire local business community. Our goal is to convert supporting businesses to our credit card processing services, and in return we donate 25% of our net processing revenue to the non-profit. Our program is in high demand, and with the current educational funding crisis, demand is rapidly increasing.
We are seeking to hire self-motivated "hunters" that have built significant professional relationships within their geographical area. Account Executives will maintain or exceed monthly sales quotas focused on acquisition of new business. The role is primarily outside sales, as well as some account management and business development. Account Executives receive both a base compensation and a variable upside tied to the processing volume of businesses in their geographic area enrolled in the School Spirit Pays program.
Job Responsibilities
We treat our Education Foundations as partners, and your job will be to attract and nurture them into successful relationships through the following:
• Identify, engage and close prospects and key targets through your existing network of contacts, referral sources and cold-calling
• Helping to convert highly qualified Foundation leads through presentations to foundation staff, board members and key community supporters
• Planning and supporting roll out the initial phase of the program to the Foundations key supporters and existing sponsors;
• Educating merchants on the value of being part of the School Spirit Pays program; and,
• Expanding the program into the entire local business community
Job Requirements
• Solid track record of winning outside sales experience
• Ability to work independently/remotely within a sales team framework
• Highly organized, strong follow up skills and experience with CRM tools
• Must possess exceptional ethical standards. No exceptions.
• Experience with school districts and/or school foundations a plus
• Experience in credit card processing a big plus, but not required
The perfect candidate will most likely have extensive experience with remote sales, have a home office and be very familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Seattle. The Product Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Product Management and is responsible for executing timely launches and global campaigns that sustain sales growth momentum. Likewise, the role drives broad awareness, demand, adoption and loyalty for our products in the marketplace. The position works closely with technical product managers as well as teams in sales, marketing, partner program, R&D and support. The ideal candidate will have vast experiences in product launches, marketing campaigns, sales readiness, demand generation, and content publishing. Additionally, the candidate will possess strong skills in writing, presenting and demonstrating products as well as networking with customers and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish formal and informal channels of communication with customers and partners to collect insight on needs, usage scenarios, win/loss analysis, and success stories.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Manager across product planning, beta programs, positioning and messaging documents, and customer evidence
• Propose campaign themes, call-to-action, offers
• Create launch and campaign content
• Work with our Partner Program Manager to define through-partner marketing elements, create programmatic resources for partners to execute, and drive partner opt-in for campaign execution
• Plan and execute readiness communications and activities
• Create sales content
• Work with related product teams for launch and sustain marketing activities
The ideal candidate will display:
• Proven success in a similar software product marketing role
• Degree in marketing or related discipline
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in areas of workflow, cloud technology, ERP, CRM or BI.
• Experience in product launches, marketing campaigns, sales readiness, demand generation, and content publishing
• An understanding of SharePoint and the SharePoint add-on products market
• Exposure to pre-sales and an understanding of channel sales and marketing
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A team member motivated by helping others, not themselves
• A high level of trust and integrity
