We are looking for a Partner Marketing Content Writer for a 6 months contract role at a global data center hosting and solutions company in Redwood City, CA. The Partner Marketing Content Writer will be responsible creating a broad range of marketing content like case studies, white papers emails, information papers etc. for channel and partner marketing.

This is a 40 hours per week; 6 months onsite role at the client's offices in Redwood City, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and create integrated marketing content for demand generation and building awareness about new programs among channels, partners and end-users

* Understand the channel objectives to create and own the consistent, innovative and impactful messaging and content for channel partners

* Identify the synergies for content and messaging across partners, channels and internal marketing teams

* Work diligently with internal teams to obtain necessary information

* Work with external agencies to meet objectives and timelines

Requirements:

* 5-8 years of proven experience in creating broad range of marketing content

* Good understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud service providers market

* Must have branding, creative development and great writing skills

* Strong project management, analytical and organizational skills

* Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams

* BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study

Position details:

This is a very strategic role within the company as you will be a key leader of the Product Management team, you will provide leadership in the evolution of the company's leading-edge products and their capabilities. This means helping to increase the growth of existing market-leading products and being instrumental in the development of new offerings. Your responsibility will be to develop the product plan by leveraging your business and technical background and interfacing with internal teams and customers. This role requires the qualified candidate to be a dynamic presenter that can communicate well with company teams that you will work closely with including the marketing organization to develop external communication and promotion of these products.

Position responsibilities:
- Managing the entire product line life-cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. This includes creating and maintaining of a three-year product strategy, as well as guiding near term product enhancements.
- Working closely with engineering to provide the input needed to guide the architectural evolution of the product.
- Developing business cases as needed for major new product initiatives.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going communications with customers, non-customers and with internal customer-facing organizations.
- Developing and implementing company-wide go-to-market plans for product releases, working with all impacted departments to execute.
- Creating and implementing product enhancements and other initiatives designed to improve product usability and increase customer usage. This includes maintaining the feature request database, prioritization of requirements, creation of release content proposals and collaboration with engineering on features specifications in the process of release packaging and functional specification finalization. It also includes final acceptance of releases from engineering.
- Working with other internal groups to design an exceptional customer experience by taking responsibility for the whole product.

Required skills:
- Senior product management professional with 10+ years of relevant product management experience with recent performance management software offerings such as those from companies like IBM/Cognos, SAP/Business Objects, Oracle/Hyperion, etc. or others in the space.
- Hands-on expertise with strategic product planning and authoring detailed MRD/PRDs
- Some experience with a SaaS offerings
- Experience with agile product development processes
- Strategic thinker with the ability to complete tasks at a detailed level
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Enough technical competence to understand the implications of product architecture on product application and evolution
- Collaborative personality/team player who is comfortable with and can drive action in a consensus-oriented culture
- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.

Overview of the Role:
We (collaboration between Hillel at Stanford and the OFJCC) seek a candidate who will meet new individuals and develop a strong culture of Jewish identity among the community. He/she must have suitable knowledge of Jewish culture, experience in strategic outreach, and at least 2 years' experience working with young adults.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Find ways to connect with anyone, anytime, anywhere. That may include people very different than you, and could be at the checkout, in spin class, or at an event where you know no one.
- Figure out what makes people tick, and then help them to connect with what they're passionate about.
- Listen to what people are saying (and understand what they're not saying)
- Formal and informal marketing employing a wide variety of strategies -- traditional, 21st-century, and word-of-mouth
- Manage recruitment of 20 Silicon Valley Jewish young adults, ages 22-35, who may or may not have strong affiliation with the established Jewish community, yet who are "influential" in their own networks, and seek deeper and broader connections to Jewish life.
- Plan three dynamic training workshops that will impart skills of peer-to-peer relationship engagement, program development, and Jewish identity growth.
- Inspire accountability with core engagement leaders to track their progress and contacts for the peer-to-peer network engagement network. Compile data and measure progress.
- Coach 20 Engagement Leaders to implement new and creative Jewish initiatives.
- Attend innovative programs designed by core engagement leaders.
- Liaison between Hillel and OFJCC young adult staff, managing the relationships and collaborating on three large-scale major young adult events.
- Work with federation funder and funder's evaluation consultant on finalizing measurable outcomes and designing and implementing evaluation plan.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Knowledgeable - The ENGAJ manager will be educated in areas of Jewish content. This could range from traditional Jewish texts and tradition to Zionism, contemporary Jewish culture and Jewish social and political activism.
- A Strategic Community Organizer - The ENGAJ manager will be thinking strategically about how to reach and impact young adults not involved in the traditional networks, and will utilize methodologies of community organizing in order to manage and strategize for success.
- Relationship Builder - The ENGAJ manager will be engaging! Capable of building rapport and developing meaningful relationships with a wide variety of young adults in various settings in Silicon Valley.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional work experience working with young adults.
- Experience as a volunteer or professional in a Jewish organization is a plus, as is community organizing, informal education, camping, or other types of direct customer relations work.
- You have a collaborative and team-oriented approach to work, a strong work ethic, proven experience thinking and acting strategically to reach goals, and a sense of humor.
