There are 2 roles for a Regional Marketing Manager (aka Field Marketing Manager) open at Forcepoint. Please note that both are based in Austin, TX.

JOB SUMMARY

The Field Marketing Manager will report to the US Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for driving and implementing direct marketing programs for the US region. He/she will be tasked with driving pipeline and building strong relationships with the sales team, corporate marketing, partners and customers to execute on marketing plans, identifying and generating opportunities to increase the company's mindshare and Forcepoint market share.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work with the US marketing team to develop overall strategy and GTM plans

• Design and implement marketing programs that drive sales, including events, sponsorships, direct mail, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns.

• Manage a marketing program budget

• Accountable for program success, and quarterly goals

• Utilize SalesForce.com to determine program ROI, and research customers and prospects

• Define, manage and host events with customers, partners, prospects and industry thought leaders. Evaluate industry events and programs for their ability to generate sales interest and pipeline. Use these events to build the brand, develop sales pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships

• Develop and implement targeted cross-sell / migration initiatives to drive incremental pipeline growth and support conversion of pipeline into revenue

• Collaborate with channel partners on development of joint marketing programs. Manage the related MDF/coop program activities and administration.

• Support corporate channel marketing initiatives and ensure successful execution

• Work with marketing coordinator to ensure leads are loaded, items are shipped, event and program logistics are executed, etc.

• Work directly with the sales teams to collaborate and execute field marketing programs

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor���s degree in Marketing

• Minimum 5-7 years of related marketing experience

• Ability to travel 30% of the time in North America

• Must be comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment

• Must like to work in a collaborative environment with team goals

• SalesForce.com and Marketo experience a plus

• Experience in software marketing environments a plus

We are looking for a Storage Solutions Marketing Manager for a contractor role at a fast growing company in the enterprise storage solution space. The Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for messaging/positioning and creating a variety of marketing/sales enablement content, such as customer presentations, solutions briefs, competitive battle cards, datasheets, etc. The focus will be on joint solutions with virtualization, application and analytical partners.

This is a 40 hours per week; 3 month contract to permanent role in San Jose. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Understand solutions, target customer needs and competitive landscape

• Focus of the role will be Virtualization, Application and/or Analytical solutions.

• Develop joint solutions messaging and value propositions

• Create and write a wide range of marketing/sales enablement content such as customer presentations, solutions briefs, competitive battle cards, datasheets, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a Storage Solutions/Product Marketing Manager, developing marketing materials and sales enablement tools.

• Strong background in Storage solutions from companies such as NetApp, EMC, Hitachi, HP, etc.

• Understanding of VDI, Server Virtualization, Analytical or Applications (Oracle/SAP/MSFT)

• Strong writing and content creation skills.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• BS degree

In this position you will be responsible for supporting our operations team, managing product supply, customer commitments and delivery of our revolutionary Pet Tech (IoT) product. You will manage tasks and opportunities as an individual contributor, but also manage the contract manufacturers and distributors related to procurement, delivery and quality expectations. This is an intermediate level position with the opportunity to grow into a senior level.

Responsibilities Include but not Limited to:

• Work with all aspects within Operations related to delivery of product to customer requirements.

• Coordination of Contract Electronics Manufactures (CEM's) activities related to manufacturing the correct product quantities, mix and revision to meet demand and operational goals.

• Coordination of distribution centers for on time product shipment and delivery to customers.

• Order Tracking from receipt through Fulfillment.

• Manage and limit inventory obsolescence while balancing product cost and quality.

• Provide office support related to indirect purchasing.

Requirements:

Two to four year's experience in an operational role related to either, Demand Planning, Procurement or Distribution. A four year degree in Business, Finance or Electro Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Position duties and responsibilities:

•Evolution and execution of a partnership with one specific and strategic vendor

•Support the sales team in deal cycles, local presence may be required

•Work with both companies marketing teams to collaborate on awareness and lead generation initiatives

•Drive and close pipeline on a monthly basis, ensuring high forecast accuracy

•Provide ongoing education/information to the channel partner sales team and keep them up to date on product, sales tools etc.

•Work closely with the company Customer Success Manager to ensure customers are successful and signing up as reference customers

•Act as a liaison between the vendor's product management and that of the company to ensure alignment on roadmap and drive future enhancements for the partner's solution

Required skills and experience:

•Proven track record in software sales or technology sales- financial application sales preferred.

•Candidate must be able to work with channel partners to analyze, assess and build business plans to drive new subscription revenue and partner implementation services.

•Work in a cross-functional team with channel, sales, marketing, professional services, and support

•Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Equally comfortable in live and remote customer meetings

•Experience selling to CFO's, senior finance, accounting and IT professionals

•Comfort with business planning, budgeting and analysis and articulating the associated value proposition is essential

•Bachelor degree or higher

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to work in support of the events marketing team at a global high technology company. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking expenses against the events budgets, accruals, forecasting and reporting.

This is a 40 hr/week, 1 year role (extensions possible) onsite at the client's offices in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain events team budgets and track budget details

• Report against budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Track, in detail, expenditures against budgeted amounts

• Resolve all budget exceptions, working with the cross functional team

• Create accruals and forecasts, as appropriate

• Work with the enterprise financial systems: Oracle ERP and Hyperion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role, at a global high technology company.

• Detailed understanding of financial process flows and budget impacts

• Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion forecasting solutions

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting procedures

• Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc)
