Position Responsibilities – Summary

My client is a rapidly growing and small start-up company, who is looking to hire a mid-level front-end engineer, familiar with Visual Studio and the .NET MVC framework, as part of a great foundation for an expanding development team. Being that they are a start-up company, you must have a great propensity for team-centric problem solving and idea vetting.

Initial projects will focus on helping to rebuild the software’s base framework, assisting in the development of 2 new applications, and building custom web services for select clients.

Role reports directly to the CTO.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

· 2-5 years’ experience with website development – Strong Front End UI person needed

· Mastery of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and its various libraries (preferably Bootstrap, Angular, and jQuery)

· Experience with the .NET MVC framework required

· Solid experience with C# required

· Familiar with concepts pertaining to Multi-Tenant Services

· Experience with code repositories and version control – Team Foundation

· Experience with Visual Studio required

· Experience with SQL Management Studio preferred

Pluses:

Position – Summary

The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue on sales of ERP Financials software license and services within the western region, focused on the Non-Profit Sector, to meet quarterly and annual quota assignment. Responsibilities:

· Responsible for penetration of their territory & vertical to identify and qualify potential customers

· Build a sales pipeline of prospective customers from marketing leads as well as through leads generated by the Account Executives own activity.

· Manage sales cycle of prospective customers including qualification, needs analysis, demonstration, solution definition, negotiation, closure and transition. Engage and utilize the firm’s resources as needed

· Develop company, market and product knowledge to achieve revenue goals.

· Collect and share competitive information, product feedback and partner information as acquired

· Cultivate customer reference sites and success stories to promote market presence and assist in achievement of revenue goals

· Complete required reports in a timely fashion including forecast, pipeline, schedule, win/loss and expense reports

Required Skills and Competencies:

· The candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently and within a team

· The ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles
