Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a part-time Campaign Manager for one of our technology clients in Mountain View, CA. The Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of campaign assets that effectively describe and promote the company's offerings and support the company's overall strategy and goals.

The ideal consultant will have superior knowledge of marketing campaign best practices and possess a stellar command of written and verbal communications. Natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts is a must.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and execution of marketing campaigns for assigned vertical segments such as: finance, SLED (State and Local Government and Education) and Healthcare

Define campaign plan, target audiences, strategies, and identify the optimum marketing mix of assets including product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed

Ongoing project management of the execution of campaigns and programs including timelines, planning meetings, ROI/results, changes/improvements, and budget

Communicate campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences and secure executive, regional and cross-functional support

Work with external agencies (e.g. vendors) as needed

Assist with editing of messaging and/or assets



SKILLS:

10+ years' experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns for a high-tech company is required

Proven marketing campaign/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign/initiative projects concurrently with tight deadlines across cross functional teams within an organization

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Experience in channel marketing highly preferred

Experience in demand gen is a plus

Bachelors' degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or similar



Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group

Location: Onsite at clients' office 5 days/week in Mountain View, CA (4 hours per day). No phone calls, please.

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Project Manager for small, fast growing high tech company based in Santa Clara, CA. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for working across the marketing organization (demand generation, field and channel marketing, product marketing, etc) and the marketing operations team to work from concept to completions of marketing activities such as email campaigns, marketing collateral, landing page configuration, website updates, and other activities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central scheduler for marketing team deliverables, from email blasts to marketing collateral, from single-page web updates to major product launches.

• Work with the business stakeholders, ensure other contributors such as writers and designers understand the deadlines and have the materials they need to provide creative assets on time.

• Ensure the quality of all deliverables by proofing copy, inspecting graphics for appropriateness, testing links, and testing web landing pages to ensure information is flowing correctly into Salesforce and is being routed to the appropriate sales teams.

• Manage workflow for the marketing automation specialist to ensure efficient and accurate importing of all prospect data coming from a variety of sources, such as tradeshows and third-party lead-generation vendors.

• Ensure data is properly groomed for import, with relevant lead source information included and relevant Salesforce campaigns being updated.

• Document all requirements and procedures for data management, lead source tracking, and lead routing, and work with fellow marketing managers to ensure they are complying

• Set up and maintain ongoing ROI reports and dashboards using Salesforce; experience with Marketo reporting is a big plus.

Requirements:

• 5 + years relevant experience in project/program management for a high-tech B2B company

• 1 + years experience with a marketing automation system (Marketo preferred) and Salesforce.com

• Skilled at using professional productivity tools, including Excel, Outlook calendaring, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a knack for juggling priorities

• Ability to juggle multiple deliverables and projects and remain the calm, "can do" voice in the midst of a dynamic environment

• Superb written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities

The ideal candidate is highly organized and works seamlessly to juggle a shifting workload. Candidates should excel at working in a fast paced work environment with products going through rapid/continual changes. Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into consumer benefits and value propositions are crucial.



Responsibilities:

Lead go-to-market and product marketing lifecycle management strategies. Execute upon global go-to-market product marketing launch strategies and initiatives in support of mobile app, software platforms and hardware launches.

Drive market and product segmentation that differentiates client products and services across global markets and influences key product decisions

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver launch and campaign assets

Meet with Project Managers weekly

Keep track of all upcoming mobile app updates

Understand app features and write messaging as needed

Work with the copy writer to get copy for iTunes Store

Ensure tutorials are available for promotion via email and social media channels

Work with corporate web team to keep web pages up to date

Inform community and internal teams of mobile app updates to ensure they're promoted

Work with the PR and Social Media teams on ideas to better amplify these workflows

Work with the Product Marketing Managers for desktop apps to determine pathways for optimization and to drive mobile desktop workflows

Skills:

5 years hands-on (B2C/enterprise) product marketing experience launching mobile apps. Must include experience working for at least one large enterprise technology company. Software background a plus.

Demonstrated expertise and knowledge across all major mobile app platforms

Track record of success working across a wide spectrum of marketing activities (advertising, public relations, digital marketing, etc.) and driving marketing for a product launch

Ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits and translate those into brief accurate, high quality deliverables like copy, images and tutorials

Proven experience communicating and presenting data to key stakeholders and senior management

Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Experience with Adobe mobile app platforms strongly preferred

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required

RATE: D.O.E. hourly, as W-2 non-exempt employee of Crawford Group; benefits available

Successful client is seeking a SQL Production DBA for a possible contract to hire opportunity in Plano, TX!  The selected DBAs will provide day to day operational support for the database servers supporting the delivery of the client’s solution to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bacherlor’s Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field.
