·         Proficient in designing, developing, testing, performance tuning and debugging various BizTalk Server 2010 components

·         Expertise in being able to apply business analytics to existing processes and establish process definitions and business domain and system boundaries.

·         Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ).

·         Proven experience in rationalizing and evangelizing the right philosophy for the right reasons.

·         Demonstrated hands-on experience with WCF and web services

·         Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming in .NET framework (using C#)

·         Appropriately communicate and integrate with teams and constituencies across the company (strong written and verbal communication skills and effective relationship building skills)

·         Propensity to think about business use and implications

HR Compensation Analyst w/CCP Certification position -Northwest Atlanta/Kennesaw, GA

 

The basic responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst II assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.

Administers all monthly and quarterly incentive and commission plans.  

This includes performance calculations, payment calculations, reporting, and submitting payments to payroll.  

Primary point of contact for managers for all incentive questions and concerns.

Evaluate new or revised job descriptions to determine appropriate salary grade and/ or compensation range using formalized job evaluation process.

Make recommendations to management.                 

Evaluate and analyze internal salary and external market data to make recommendations to managers on pay decisions, policy and guidelines interpretation.      

Evaluate job positions for correct FLSA classifications and work with management to ensure compliance.

Research FLSA issues and questions as necessary

Coordinate annual salary survey submissions

Experience with an automobile parts warehouse/distribution/manufacturing plant environment preferred

Minimum 3 years of progressive compensation experience with an emphasis in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.

         

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

·        General compensation knowledge required including compliance with the state and federal laws that apply to the plans.         

·        Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.           

·        Well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.        

·        Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.         

·        Mathematical aptitude, analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.         

·        Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management.         

·        Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel required. 

·        PowerPoint experience preferred.        

·        HRIS experience required.         

·        Regular travel is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled program rollouts will be necessary.

We are looking for an Analyst Relations Manager for a high tech company based in Santa Cruz, CA. The Analyst Relations Manager will be responsible for managing both the strategic and day-to-day elements of the analyst relations programs. The position will work closely with key, internal stakeholders in order to assure that both short and long term planning is supported, and an outside in market perspective is driven. The position will work with other marketing disciplines in order to assure that key content is developed and leveraged across marketing programs for both awareness and lead generation efforts.

This is a 32 hours per week; 12 month onsite role at the client's offices in Santa Cruz, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic relationships with select influencer analysts in order to support strategic goals

• Create and implement tiered analyst relations strategies and programs that drive both in-bound and out-bound communications and ensure proactive and results-oriented communication with the analysts community

• Provide key direction and content for programs such as annual analyst conference, analyst events, strategic consulting sessions, analyst communications, and internal communications.

• Manage investment in analyst research services and subscriptions, including negotiating research subscription contracts

• Manage and filter all internal requests for inquiries into analysts firms

• Provide communications support including presentations, briefings, and talking points to assist with outreach to all audiences. This includes extracting relevant information and data from analyst reports and surveys.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in an analyst relations role in a global high technology company

• Experience working and communicating closely with senior executive level teams, while functioning both as consultant and lead when needed

• Experience in product and segment marketing, public relations and/or as an analyst

• Public speaking comfort and skills, internal and external

• Exception project management skills

• BA/BS in Communications, Technology or Business

• Up to 20% domestic travel to tradeshows, Analyst conferences and meetings
