As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

-Working with Database Marketing to build and maintain a contact database

-Executing marketing campaigns in Marketo and supporting list uploads

-Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation

-Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs

-Providing reporting on programs and campaigns

-You will also have a strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo) best practices and how to interface with regional teams, as well as how to share information and best practices with your counterparts

The Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an experienced Event Program Producer for our technology client in Santa Clara. This person will lead the charge in driving successful user conferences.

The ideal person will be creative, obsessed with perfection, and have a proven track record of driving and executing large user conferences for developers or a technical audience for a B2B enterprise technology company. The Event Program Producer will set strategy and be the hands-on operations lead in the day-to-day execution of the events and programs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic planning, execution, and oversight of annual user conference and other key events

Project management including planning, budgeting, execution, vendor management, contract management, and analysis and reporting

Work with Senior Event Communications Manager on communication plan and editorial calendar

Collaborate with and lead our event operations partner team with over 40+ team members and multimillion dollar budget

Drive an internal cross-functional team to leverage the infrastructure and processes required to successfully execute the event strategy and objectives

Responsible for being the conduit and consultant for all event production/management: audio visual, Internet, mobile applications, registration, housing, space allocation and all other aspects of the event

Manage all suppliers from initial briefing through on site delivery

Oversee external relationships (agencies, vendors)

Drive the entire event production strategy and execution for a wide variety of programs and audiences

Drive meetings internally and weekly vendor operations meeting

Collaborate with the Creative/Brand team to produce, improve, and track the attendee journey

Monitor, measure, and report event execution and results

Skills:

7-15 years successful event management experience, in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment

Passion and experience for managing a 7,000+ user or developer conferences with multiple events within a conference

Proven leadership and management expertise in bringing together large internal and external teams to perform an excellent event

Strong project management and interpersonal communications skills

Must be confident in managing vendors and internal teams

General knowledge about suppliers, new technologies and industry standards a plus

Obsessed with results and measuring program results impact

Position Summary:

Technical Qualifications:

· Demonstrated experience developing Web Front Ends using JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS, and other related technologies.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for delivering system solutions and supporting Workday Financials across all business teams in Finance. This individual will start out as a member of the implementation team leading the testing of multiple project work streams, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects as well as participate and assist on the Reporting and Security teams. The position will include a combination of business/systems analysis and application support responsibilities once live in production. This role will be a liaison to IT Corporate Firm wide Technology/ Development team and/or partner vendors for resolution of complex issues, enhancements, and other technical support as required.

Responsibilities:

Daily activities and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

· Perform system administration tasks, including core setup data and cross functional configurations (i.e. spend categories)

· Perform system security administration tasks, including configuration/maintenance at both the domain and business process levels, ensuring the alignment to appropriate security groups. This role will also create new user accounts, apply security roles as appropriate and perform/support quarterly audits.

· Provide end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation. Recommending process or system workarounds where possible

· Responsible for developing reports and providing report administration for custom reports used by Finance.

· Monitor various system integrations for errors, and provide basic integration issue troubleshooting

· Define, analyze and document functional specifications for new evolving business requirements

· Track and manage all process change requests and system enhancements working with Finance business owners to set priorities

· Assists in or leads the testing for Workday semi-annual upgrades, including the development of test plans and other supporting documentation (i.e. scripts). Review release notes, assess new features and impacts to business processes and basic changes in functionality

Required Skills and Competencies:

· 8+ years’ experience in a systems role supporting Finance department, possessing a strong knowledge base of Finance and Accounting processes for record to report and procure to pay.

· Experience working with externally hosted and managed solutions is required

· 1-3 years of experience with Workday Financials is preferred

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Keys to this Position:

1) We are seeking a Sr. Functional/Technical Systems Analyst, ideally with Workday Financials. The role is 70% functional and 30% technical. We will also look at candidates that have other Financial Package Software Experience (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle). The firm is migrating from PeopleSoft to Workday. Go Live date is July 2017. This individual will be part of the Implementation team.

2) The candidate must have functional knowledge of all the major areas within Finance, i.e. AP, GL, Purchasing, etc. The technical piece will involve doing configuration work and report development. However this person will work with the technical person on the team that will handle the more complex technical aspects.

3) This individual will work directly with the business so must have excellent communication skills

4) Workday modules that will be implemented include Financial Accounting (GL), Business Assets (Asset Management), Supplier Accounts (AP), Expenses, Procurement and Projects.

5) This individual will be a senior resource with 10 plus years of experience.
