Job Description:
We have partnered with a Large Pharmaceutical Company to provide them with a Healthcare Compliance (HCC) Analyst in Bridgewater, NJ. The ideal candidate needs to have Health Care Compliance, Regulatory/Quality, Finance or compliance-related field. This person will be responsible for assisting HCC Officer (HCCO) to ensure Health Care Compliance initiatives are met, including, but not limited.

Qualifications:
HCC Analyst will be responsible for assisting HCC Officer (HCCO) to ensure Health Care Compliance initiatives are met, including, but not limited to
Health Care Professional payment review and approval,
Display/Booth Promotional Fee approval,
Assist in development and maintenance of HCC Training requirements and presentations
Assist with the harmonization, preparation, updating and implementation of all HCC business specific written policies (SOP) and procedures
Manage and inventory data and source documents
Respond to inquiries regarding integrity of data
Support HCCO to ensure substantiation of Health Care Compliance requirements are met to close any outstanding issues/gaps to update Management Action Plans
Collect and provide metrics to the HCCO
Ensure Records Management requirements are met
Education and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business setting required.
Experience in Health Care Compliance, Regulatory/Quality, Finance or compliance-related field
Required Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Exceptionally organized, articulate, and enterprising business professional with a five plus years of experience in all aspects of data, research, and ethics including:
all facets of ethics and compliance training,
document creation and management,
database and resource management expertise
strong analytical skills,
data verification skills, and
contingency management aptitude.
Possess highly developed communication skills, strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a work ethic beyond reproach.
Extremely proficient in: Microsoft Word, Advance Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookup), Access, and PowerPoint
