We have partnered with a large Manufacturing Company to provide them with an External Reporting Accounting Expert in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key accounting issues that will need to be addressed in carving out a subsidiary to have it stand on its own for SEC and Audit purposes. Experience with preparing for SEC 144A reporting would be a plus

Required skills:
Technical accountant with Big 4 expereince who can help to identify key accounting issues that will need to be addressed in carving out a subsidiary to have it stand on its own for SEC and Audit purposes. Experience with preparing for SEC 144A reporting woudl be a plus. Candidate should be expereinced with auditing financial statements of manufacturing companies and preparing statements to be audited and for SEC reporting.
