We have partnered with a Large Financial Services Company to provide them with a Java Script - IT Service Management System Analyst in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate responsible for support the implementation and configuration of a new Service Management tool, Service Now. Extensive experience with Java Script, the ideal candidate has a background in implementation of Service Management and/or Help-desk management systems, ideally Service Now.

The IT Service Management Team is seeking an Analyst with JavaScript experience to support the implementation and configuration of a new Service Management tool, Service Now. In addition to a thorough knowledge of Java Script, the ideal candidate has a background in implementation of Service Management and/or Help-desk management systems, ideally Service Now.
Experience:
· Working knowledge of JavaScript required
· Experience with Service Management, ITIL, and Help Desk Management a plus
· Knowledge of Service Now desired but not required
· Works well in team environment
Daily tasks are likely to include:
PRIMARY: Administer ServiceNow, the IT Service Management system
· Support tool workflow configuration
· Execute screen and system customizations utilizing Java Script
· Configure reporting functions
· Serve as primary contact point for system upgrades and integration
Support Service Quality Initiatives
· Reporting of Key IT Performance metrics
· Manage customer survey process
SECONDARY: Support other IT systems
· Provide system configuration support for EMPIRE Time
· Provide system configuration support for Version1
· Support custom reporting
