Job Description
The client is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Service Expert/infrastructure Consultant for the Service Delivery team in IT Infrastructure. This full-time position is based in our Wayne, PA office but will serve a global IT organization. We are looking for a team player, someone who is stress resilient, accountable and result driven, analytical, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
Responsibilities:
· Support both business and IT driven projects and changes by providing technical/service expertise from requirement definition to implementation.
· Act as the single point of contact of IT Infrastructure (ITI), representing ITI and primarily focused on coordination of activities within ITI. These activities include project management, process management, service management, resource management, service portfolio, and relationship management (business liaison)
· Support small projects and changes by providing technical expertise of services (e.g. networks), from requirement definition to implementation and operations.
Qualifications/Skills
· A bachelor degree in IT or related experience
· 1-3 years experience in an IT environment. Experience in an Infrastructure environment preferred include data center, server and storage, network and connectivity, end user computing
· Good knowledge of customer and service oriented working
· Good knowledge of Clients business processes preferred
· Good analytical skills
· Good project and process management skills
· Besides technical knowledge, you need to have skills like reasoning, persuasion, understanding and helpful·
· Strong interpersonal, coaching and (financial) training skills
