| In this position, the individual will participate in design of advanced non-volatile memory development. The individual will perform block level and full chip level simulations using advanced analog and digital simulation tools and will participate in silicon evaluation and debugging of the memory to achieve full functionality and reach high volume production. Lastly, the individual will determine design approaches and parameters, analyze equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests and evaluate results, and select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. This position requires MSEE or PhD with course work in Digital/analog circuit design (advanced), device physics, and device processing and 7-12 years previous experience working as part of a design team. Should have years of experience in the design of high speed IO circuits in Flash or DRAM or SRAM devices. Should be able to drive silicon evaluation of above circuits. The individual must have strong skills in digital and analog circuit design and a sound understanding of device physics and processing. The individual must be fully experienced in using simulation tools and must possess some understanding of the interaction of design, device, reliability, and process. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
