SugarCRM is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to design, deliver, and support application solutions for SugarCRM's business processes; primarily our Lead to Cash process. You will engage business stakeholders to: elicit and define business requirements; design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs; collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement integrated solutions; drive deployment of solutions including end user training and communications; support production systems including analyzing and resolving production problems and end user service requests. You will plan, research and gather requirements for our growing business needs as part of the Internal Applications (iApps) team.
You will be our liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. Strong analytical and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Having an engineering background will be helpful in performing your role.
You will interface with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Engineering,
Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance in multiple locations including Corporate Headquarters in Cupertino, CA; satellite office in Durham, NC and EMEA headquarters in Munich, Germany.
