SUMMARY:
Incumbent will work on-site in San Antonio, TX, supporting one of our leading Global Client's. This position requires five years of proven full cycle recruitment and sourcing experience across all venues with an emphasis on exempt level roles. Corporate recruitment experience with an understanding and utilization of competency based interviewing methodologies is also required. Recruiter will develop and execute sourcing strategies and screen candidates from a variety of sources to fill non-exempt and exempt level positions. Candidate mining and utilization of in-depth passive sourcing techniques will be essential. This role will be highly visible to the Client and will interact with Client leadership on a daily basis. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism are required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own entire candidate process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain consultative relationships with Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Maintain and document candidate status and requisition data within the ATS.
- Recommend and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Provide detailed candidate assessments and appropriately match candidates to meet Client needs and expectations.
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
- Conduct competency based interviews.
- Provide project updates as requested by the Recruiting Manager.
- Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources.
KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE (COMPETENCIES) REQUIRED:
- Proven track record in full cycle recruitment.
- Recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of competency based interviewing tactics.
- Strong candidate management ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make formal presentations to candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Detail orientated with follow-through shown in previous jobs.
- Ability to implement targeted search strategies and identify candidates to meet staffing objectives.
- Proven organizational, strategic, and analytical skills as they relate to the recruitment process.
- Self-motivated and flexible.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 5 years recruitment/sourcing experience REQUIRED
- High School diploma or equivalency required (4 year degree preferred)
- Proven track record of success
