We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager for a 12 month contract position with a Global High Technology Company in the South Bay. This is a 40 hour per week assignment, on-site project at the client´s offices. This is a w2 role with Stage 4 Solutions. The focus of the role is creating and managing marketing communications to the clients´ customers, who are Internet sellers (individuals, small and medium businesses and large businesses).
Key Activities Include:
•Be the voice of the customer (Internet sellers) within the client.
•Define, develop and implement communications strategy and programs for customers.
•Translate current company objectives and roadmap into seller-focused communications master plan, working together with the rest of the Marketing Communications team.
•Support the priorities, roadmap and product launches for 2-3 main product areas. Work with the product teams during the product lifecycle, develop and manage communications and drive adoption.
•Focus on customer needs and help ensure messaging prioritization across product launches, seller segments and channels.
•Define and ensure the proper implementation of the customer voice for the channels you are responsible for.
•Prioritize and optimize communication resources and channels.
•Manage key cross-functional customer communication initiatives, coordinating with a variety of cross-functional partners.
•Consult with business units on marketing and communication prioritization, focus, and best practices.
•Report and analyze for measuring and improving programs.
Candidate Must Have:
•10+ years of B2B product or customer marketing experience in enterprise and small/medium business markets.
•Demonstrated strong marketing strategic and creative thinking (benefits marketing/customer orientation)
•Excellent planner able to create and execute based on broad objectives.
•Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Highly energetic personality; great team player and strong collaborator.
•Superior relationship and influence management skills in interacting with senior leaders, peers, and external partners-with proven ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment.
•BA/BS Degree
