In this position, the individual will be responsible for providing both pre-sales and post-sales application engineering support for the development and implementation of customer applications dealing with SSD products under various operating systems and devices. Develops and delivers detailed FAE training for SSD products. Provides second level support for SSD products at customer sites. Publishes technical articles regarding specific applications. Works with product managers to define new products. Serves as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers. The individual will create usage models and corresponding test cases, get test plans validated, understanding latest technology trends. The individual will also make technical presentations regarding various aspects of SSD products, assists sales staff in assessing potential application to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications, implement detailed customer installation requirements and provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to service personnel and company sales representatives. | | | |
