Senior Software Engineer
. Design,develop and test high performance, highly optimized real time embedded application, windows driver for multimedia communication products.
. Analyze product requirements and participate in product implementation.
. Object oriented software design and implementation within real-time embedded system architecture; make it work in cross-platform environment.
. Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems;
. Works with cross functional teams including PM, testers and developers. Qualifications
. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related, Master degree is preferred;
. 5+ years embedded software system design and development experience;
. 3+ years Windows C#, WPF programming experience;
. Deep knowledge on Microsoft UC solution, like exchange server/Lync server/Lync egde etc.
. Experience in audio/video communication application, experience with VOIP or videoconferencing is a plus.
. Strong problem-solving ability, action quickly and active in facing challenge, and manage to overcome efficiently.
