Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned business development/sales professional who can hit the ground running and focus on lead generation for sales opportunities within the Telecommunications Sector. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with the various national and regional Telco providers within the US and Canada and will be able to immediately leverage these relationships to create potential partnerships focused on creating promotional and/or incentive bundling opportunities for Roku. This is a NEW position at Roku and will be a contract opportunity with potential to become a fulltime position.

Responsibilities

Define and develop a targeted list of marketing, business affairs or similar contacts within all Regional Telco companies in the USA and Canada.
Qualify potential opportunities from the target list and prospect Independent Regional Telco companies and set meetings with key decision makers for promotional programs using Roku products.
Experience/Qualifications

Understanding of how the Telco companies make decisions on promotions and where the decision making resides in the organization of key importance.
Prior experience in developing and closing deals in the Promotional/Incentive market.
Existing marketing/promotional contacts at Regional Telco accounts.
Experience working as an Independent Consultant on a short term project basis (3 to 6 months)
