Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Senior Program/Project Manager for our Fortune 100 client who is a global leader in the networking and communications arena. This Senior Consultant will manage innovation programs related to our client's Service Sales Organization, leading and facilitating organizational transformation among functional organizations such as Service Sales, Operations, Field Marketing and various other internal cross functional and external stakeholders. The consultant's charter is to transform business to better align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Service Sales teams and broader support organizations involved to facilitate significant change
Collaborate to help define the strategy and create a workable project and business plan, as well as manage, drive and execute the plan across the organization
Track teams and deliverables to ensure a successful and timely delivery as well as influence broader organizations to support and execute to plan
Must be well-versed in program/project management methodologies with a proven track record of project successes in project/project management and business analysis roles
A consummate communicator and highly effective in determining risks, mitigating issues, and communicating as necessary with regard to risks and issues that impact scope, cost, resources and delivery
A quick learner with the ability to pick up projects ,ramp quickly and add immediate value, instilling confidence of peers and project leadership
Proven track record of effectively working with diverse teams, individual contributors and management/executives
Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and bring a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
MUST be an individual who is self-motivated and works independently with very little supervision and project direction
Program lead located in Singapore, some evening calls and a flexible schedule are required
Skills:
11 - 15 years experience in as a senior program/project manager in the Enterprise, B2B technology market
Must be a change management driver, experienced and comfortable as a leader advocating and facilitating change
Possess strong program and project management skills including process experience
Looking for an individual with experience in a Service Sales environment
Must have a proven ability to construct/build an execution plan from strategy
Must have substantial experience and ability to effectively interact with an influence stakeholders and business leaders, leading with strong collaboration and communications skills—both written and verbal!
A "get it done" attitude is imperative!
HR or Organizational staffing plan projection experience a plus
BA + MBA degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Rate: D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: 25% onsite in client offices in San Jose, CA
Hours/Duration: Full time, ASAP- ongoing
