We are a national vendor for several Fortune 500 clients and we currently have multiple immediate contract opportunities, both full-lifecycle recruiting and dedicated sourcing roles.
We have a very exciting opportunity available for a Technical Sourcer on-site in New York. This position will start as a 12 month contract with the potential to extend.
Job Description:
Make history and become part of an amazing recruiting team! Our client is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to drive the development/implementation of sourcing and hiring strategy their internal technology needs.
To be great in this role you'll need to use your skills in research, network with passive candidates, and work closely on strategy with hiring managers/executives you support, including development of robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest. It's a fast-paced role, on a fun and dedicated team.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proven research skills via internet, phone or other channels. Candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and closing, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate push back, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on technology
- CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Passion and acumen for clients business
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting
- Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
