The Sage Group is looking for a part-time Web Marketing Manager to work for a large biotech firm in South San Francisco. This individual will be responsible for executing and managing various online marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create innovative digital marketing solutions to measurably improve patient outcomes.
- Partner closely and effectively with brand marketing team(s) to provide cutting edge and deep web marketing expertise.
- Manage digital marketing solutions from strategy to development & launch.
- Manage the ongoing key areas of measurements & web optimization.
- Collaborate with internal partners within Interactive Marketing to share new innovations, best practices and key insights from web marketing programs, conferences and other training opportunities.
- Manage web marketing budget and multiple vendor and agency relationships in order to efficiently and effectively meet expectations.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience directly leading web marketing programs including website development, search engine marketing, online marketing programs, mobile marketing and social media
- 2+ years of experience in a product/brand marketing, field sales, or market planning role
- Previous experience managing various marketing projects and multiple vendors simultaneously
- Background working in the pharma/biotech or ophthalmology industries
- Strong ability to negotiate with agencies and vendors
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- The ability to build solid cross-functional relationships and work with all levels within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and lead delivery of projects consistently on time and with accuracy in a very fast-paced environment and consistently meet business goals
- Strong analytical skills capable of effective and efficient use of market research, business forecasts and other quantitative & qualitative data; with demonstrable ability to use data to help inform and shape web marketing strategies, plans, activities, promotions, etc
Skills Preferred:
- MBA or other related graduate-level degree
