Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to provide ongoing support for our client's Global Partner Marketing team.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leads business and investment planning process for Global Partner Marketing organization, including managing deadlines, consistency, and quality.
Develops business performance insights for Quarterly Business Reviews, stakeholder reports, dashboards and other metric reports.
Manages all operations activities for the organization including contingent staff, procurement initiatives, workplace resources initiatives and related projects.
Implements employee engagement, staffing programs and organizational health priorities for the organization.
Participates in development, modification and execution of company policies affecting operations, which may have cross-functional impacts.
Implements major projects and key business initiatives for Global Partner Marketing.
Partners closely with the Go To Market Strategy, Planning and Operations teams to align planning and operations activities.
Works with Global Partner Marketing and Finance to help manage budget management and tracking.
Accountable for driving results and shared goals.
Skill Sets and Experience:
5+ years of experience working in a channel ops role
Experienced delivering executive level reporting
Advanced to expert level Excel user (marcos, pivot tables)
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with little direction
BS in finance, accounting or economics
Uses professional concepts and company objectives to analyze and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Possesses in-depth knowledge and experience of operational and investment planning, processes and tools.
Understands the use of social/web capabilities to drive projects, processes and collaboration.
Possesses strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task across multiple initiatives.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve deliverables.
Possesses strong communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others, and to collaborate across the business with senior leaders.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
