As the marketing leader of our Private Talent Cloud initiative, you'll be the driving force behind the creation and execution of the solution's comprehensive go-to-market strategy. On the front end, you will coalesce key insights, from across both internal and external stakeholders, into a unified vision that delivers a transformational business experience for our customers. In parallel, you will pilot all revenue-generation efforts associated with pipeline growth and sales effectiveness. In essence, you will lead the entire marketing continuum for our Private Talent Cloud offering.
In this role, you will:
-Crystalize the needs of the market to inform the creation of a game-changing product roadmap
-Develop a messaging framework that powerfully articulates the unique value our solution delivers
-Orchestrate continuous, highly-targeted lead generation initiatives to ensure a robust sales pipeline
-Develop and execute sales education programs to empower the sales team to win new customers
-Drive competitive analysis efforts designed to maintain organizational awareness of key threats
-Analyze data to measure the success of all marketing activities in your domain
-Utilize refined communication and people skills to create consensus across all stakeholders
-Not be afraid to jump into any required areas of the Private Talent Cloud business
In this role, you need:
-A deep passion for Elance. We are a unique company - we don't just sell something, we empower people around the world
-8+ years of experience as a Product Marketing professional at least 3 of which with an enterprise software company
-3+ years at the Director or Senior Director level, or equivalent
-Demonstrated ability to launch and grow innovative products, preferably in the cloud/SaaS space
-High energy, a charismatic style, innovative thinking, and creative problem solving
-Deep experience in all facets of comprehensive lead generation strategies and tactics
-Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
-Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
-Passion for performing at a high level within a fast-paced environment
-An entrepreneurial spirit
-An MBA is a plus, but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school
