Job Description:
We have partnered with a Large Pharmaceuticals Company to provide them with a "Accountant I" in Charlotte, NC 28273. The ideal candidate needs to have experience at least 1 year in SAP environment and SOX environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible Executing the transactions required and the services as defined in Record to Report Master Service Benchmark.

Qualifications:
• Executing the transactions required and the services as defined in Record to Report Master Service Benchmark.
• Ensuring that all transactions are correctly reflected within SAP.
• Partnering with key stakeholders (Finance, Sales Procurement, etc) to ensure that all transactional activity is properly recorded and compliant with country statutory and tax requirements.
• Seeking out opportunities for streamlining and rendering service delivery more efficiently, and participates in special projects to support Shared Business Services objectives.
• Resolving related issues pertaining to RtR and an understanding of when, how and where to escalate cases as required to meet defined service levels.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting = OR = a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated work experience within the General Accounting area. (Payroll accounting experience is a plus.)
• Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with SAP.
• High degree of integrity and personal ethics in implementing corporate policies and procedures
• Effective team player with collaborative focus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism
• Must be comfortable in an environment of changing technologies and processes, and demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to new ways of working
• Experience working in a SOX404 environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
