The Marketing Campaign Manager will take a key role in executing, integrating, maintaining, reporting and optimizing marketing automation programs designed to generate sales leads through an aggressive B2B closed loop sales cycle. This position will manage and support overall demand generation execution utilizing a mix of direct mail, email, database marketing, content syndication, online advertising, social media, webinar and event-based campaigns, to support the company's lead generation efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with objectives and provide periodic recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize lead nurturing programs in all phases of customer buying cycles
• Test and monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
• Develop and produce email performance metrics and campaign ROI to improve campaign planning and strategy
• Monitor and improve lead and opportunity information to produce accurate lead metrics
• Manage and execute online programs including webinars, email, newsletter sponsorships, content syndication, events promotion
• Proficiency in database marketing: list segmentation, list quality and must have knowledge of Merge and purge process, bounces and suppression handling.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree required and or equivalent
• More than 7 years of strong disciplines in direct marketing, database marketing and lead generation for B2B software/technology company.
• Experience in B2B lead to sales process and buying stages with a process-based approach to lead management
• Must have understanding of email best practices
• Strong working knowledge of toolsets: Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Oracle BI, Omniture Site Catalyst, HTML, Ability to create web pages a plus, Microsoft Sharepoint.
• Experience in managing LATAM market, ability to handle localization projects
