Immigration Specialist

Description

Common Essential
Duties & Resp.

  

- Maintain immigration cases, including L, H, O, TN visas as well as Green Card processing 
- Interface and liaison between employees/candidates and outside counsel 
- Prepare/review immigration paperwork in conjunction with outside counsel 
Maintain immigration files and I-9 forms 
- Review/audit outside counsel invoices 
- Participate in tasks as assigned 


Necessary Skills /
Attributes

  

- Bachelors degree and 3+ years direct experience in immigration 
- Strong working knowledge of visas and related processes 
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment 
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills 
- Attention to detail and follow-through 

This is a part-time contract (temporary) position.
