We have an immediate opening for a passionate and motivated Engineering Intern to join our Customer Engineering team. The right person will have an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process methodologies to provide efficiencies within our Services and Support organization. You will also have the opportunity to learn all about one of the hottest mobile operating systems on the market, Titanium! The Customer Engineering team is on the front line working with clients that have some of the largest mobile presences in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the Customer Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand and analyze customer trends
• Contribute to the design and implementation of process methodologies for the Services and Support organizations within Customer Engineering.
• Work with a close, but geographically distributed team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or similar discipline.
• Proven classroom and/or internship experience in statistics, analysis, and business process flow.
• Be able to share project details from classroom and/or previous intern experiences.
• Functional understanding of programming languages and development processes/methodologies.
• No relocation and/or housing assistance available. Local Candidates preferred.
