Responsibilities
· Find, develop and close sales via phone, Webex, etc.
· Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales goals via:
· Cold calling
· Following up on leads
· Email
· Campaign delivery and optimization (with Marketing)
Requirements
· BA/BS required; 2 - 5 years prospecting experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent phone presence
· Knowledge of Salesforce.com
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
· Relationship building skills
· Persuasive nature
· High energy – sense of urgency
· Ability to work independently or part of a team
· Committed self-starter
· Experience in the following areas is a plus:
· HR Technology
· Job Boards
· Recruiting
· Software
