Job Description
This position will drive the overall strategy and execution of social media efforts for Bella Pictures and the FotoNet brand. In this role, you will proactively plan, implement and analyze social media and reputation management channels. The candidate will effectively manage our brand presence online while continually seeking new opportunities to grow these initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop plans to build engaged customer community and enhance existing marketing efforts
Identify existing and emerging social media tools and channels needed to execute social media plans.
Establish editorial calendar for internal and external social media channels, e.g., blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Identify and engage advocates and influencers
Monitor social media conversations and metrics, identify insights and share with relevant teams to help improve search strategies, product performance, sales/servicing approach
Monitor rapidly evolving technologies and tools, best practices and competitive efforts to recommend new strategies, functionality and practices to stay ahead of the competitive curve.
Build and manage metrics reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
Actively involved social media space, with a proven understanding of how to use social media communities and tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships.
Proven Experience implementing/ executing brand management strategies and initiatives.
Experience managing online communities and social networking sites.
Strong writing, media relations and social networking skills.
Technical understanding of existing digital platforms, emerging technologies, integration strategies and marketing principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
