The Role: Sales Representative
The Location: Dallas, TX
The Paul Lande Company is a leading manufacture representative firm selling beauty products in the professional salon industry. We cover Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana and specialize in selling wholesale beauty distributors, retail beauty supply stores and wholesale nail distributors. Founded over fifty years ago in Dallas, Texas, we have grown to become one of the largest volume sales organizations in the Southwest.
The Paul Lande Company is currently searching for a Sales Representative to sell beauty products in the professional salon industry to distributors. The Sales Representative's territory will cover North and Central Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas with travel encompassing approximately two days per week. The Sales Representative will be responsible for taking care of and expanding existing accounts as well as bringing in new business opportunities. They will develop a strong understanding of the product line, grow solid client relationships and ensure that sales are maintained and profits are grown within the territory.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
•You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, marketing, communications or a related field
•You have at least three to five years of previous sales experience; preference given to those with industry experience
•Your experience as a manufactures representative and/or in the beauty supply industry is highly desirable
•You are organized, self-motivated, outgoing, friendly and have a professional appearance and demeanor
•You have the ability to travel 25-35% of the time
