Marketing Budget Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Budget Manager for a 1 year contract role at a global high technology company in the South Bay. The Marketing Budget Manager will be responsible for tracking expenses to marketing teams' budgets and proactively reporting on the results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
This is a 40 hours per week role onsite at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA, for a 12 month period. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Obtain marketing team budgets and budget details
• Review expenditure requests (SOWs), obtain required procurement approvals, and track through PO issuance.
• Approve invoices and track against POs and team budgets.
• Report against budgets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Resolve all invoice and budget excepts, as needed working with the cross functional team
• Work in enterprise financial systems, such as Oracle.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, at a global high technology company.
• Detailed understanding of financial process flows and budget impacts
• Organized, detailed focus, process oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, globally
• Bachelors degree (required), in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
