Award-winning technical marketing agency seeks inside sales manager to qualify and follow up on leads.

Duties include:
• Assess, qualify, and nurture leads captured from social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.), events (trade shows, conferences), and webinar series
• Manage agency mailing lists, including house list, prospects, list buys and grow our lists exponentially
• Working closely with the marketing team, assist with coordination and planning of thought leadership webinar series, including organizing web and audio conferencing services, webinar event calendar scheduling, scheduling presenters, calling invitees to confirm attendance, and related activities.
• Represent the agency at industry and agency-hosted events; network, gather leads, etc.
• Prepare and present Salesforce.com reports detailing activities and results at weekly sales and marketing meeting

Candidates considered for this position will have:
• Excellent sales communications skills, technical aptitude, and sound judgment
• Experience with basic web, email marketing, and CRM tools (WordPress, ConstantContact or similar, Salesforce.com, HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• The ability to work closely with diverse teams and engagements
• An understanding of technology business trends and terminologies
• Exacting attention to quality and details
• 3--5 years of work experience with inside sales and lead generation programs, ideally with an agency
• Demonstrated ability to understand direction, listen to feedback, and follow through on tasks
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
