Our Member Services Director will have:
• Expertise (7+ years) managing customer satisfaction teams for membership and renewal based organizations.
• College degree in related field.
• Zeal to set the "best practices" standards for the industry by establishing a world-class member services team.
• Managerial, organizational and training expertise.
• The ability to engage with a diverse membership both internally and externally.
• Led teams with integrity, friendliness and clarity.
• Comfort with membership renewals and up selling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills displaying tact, professionalism, persuasiveness and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
• Expertise with SalesForce.com.
• Expertise in leading client satisfaction practices.
The Member Services Director will:
• Drive development and expansion of SalesForce.com through partnering with IT.
• Build rapport with members. Ensure a positive member experience by embracing the highest level of service standards.
• Exceed membership renewal goals.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns to grow membership.
• Create policies, procedures and processes for the onsite Member Services Department by setting "best practice" service standards and protocols.
• Hire, develop and manage a professional, diverse membership acquisition team.
• Develop, implement and manage ongoing quantitative and qualitative member feedback mechanisms.
• Proactively identify member revenue generating opportunities.
• Provide so many member testimonials that marketing runs screaming from the room.
