• Proven track record building customer-centric teams from ~10 – 80+ people
• Previous experience in company's growth from $20M > $50M
• Recent experience with startups and public cos. on the backend
• Analysis
• Technically savvy, knows CRM, experiencing supporting a SaaS solution
• Develop processes, procedures including Budgets, working very closely w/CEO & CFO
• Strong mentoring, coaching, building ´high performance´ teams
. Call center experience
. Create, manage and implement team growth plan to meet growth of company
. Create, implement best practices/procedures for optimal performance
