The Operations Coordinator- Remote and Technical Operations reports to Director of Remote Operations.
Responsibilities:
Helps to fill all remote crew positions and assists with related onboarding paperwork.
Codes operation invoices to finance.
Ensure collection of deal memos and processes payroll for remote event personnel.
Create regular reports of event expenses and event budget forecasts for the SVP of Production and Operations and the VP of Remote Operations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of prior work experience in an administrative function with previous payroll experience.
Previous remote sports television experience required.
Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent work experience
Passionate about Pac-12 and Collegiate Sports
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and ability to interact with different levels of management and teams
Demonstrated ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a culturally diverse organization and supporting the values held by our unique employees, clients, sponsors, university faculty, and fans
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Capable of managing multiple projects with changing deadlines and heavy phones.
Preferred
Knowledge of digital media industry including web, mobile, VOD and other emerging technologies

Suggestions submitted to Pac-12 Enterprises are considered unsolicited if they are submitted before a formal agreement for joint development has been executed by you and a representative of Pac-12 Enterprises. Therefore, unsolicited suggestions, ideas or other submissions to Pac-12 Enterprises will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
