POSITION – BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION – San Jose, CA
DURATION – 6 months +
BRDs, Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering
Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise & overall methodologies to help track leads design & execute on strategy
• Support track leads to ensure project deliverables are successfully completed
• Process knowledge (support product and service / customer care)
• Highlight/help resolve issues/risks
• Analytical support & reporting to all track deliverables, mainly CRM and Unified Portal, and to a lower extent Vendor Strategy and Business Process Management
• Provide assistance and expertise to IT during the project lifecycle
• Participate and provide input for status updates & tollgate deliverables
• Ability to interface effectively with peers and work in an agile environment while managing ambiguity effectively
Must Have:
• Ability to document as-is and to-be / BRD authoring
• Ability to document workflows
• Ideally CRM knowledge/service cloud
• Global process Management and Integration
• Process reengineering to improve efficiency
• Helpdesk / CRM Enterprise implementation
• Call Center, Vendor BPO Knowledge
• Process / Metric Management
• Technical Expertise in Business Objects, Oracle, …
