Oversees manages an outsourced media services/staffing team working with a Fortune 500 company. In addition, schedules and ensures that demand-driven staff is properly trained, prepared and covers events within budget and to the highest level of client satisfaction. This position may, at some time, manage and/or support the coordination of US regional events outside San Jose. The Program Manager interfaces directly with current client's corporate management to ensure efficiency and a high level of customer service, and is directly accountable for employee satisfaction and performance. This position reports to ANI's Director of Events & Media Services.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee events coordinators to ensure event requests are priced, fulfilled and prepared according to facility requirements
Direct events and staff scheduling, in coordination with client
Ensure demand-driven services such as video production staff, event prep/facility
Work with client's corporate management to ensure quarterly budgets are met, reports are prepared and invoices are issued
Interface with video production, including post production, personnel
Carry out ongoing analysis of systems, processes and procedures to better employee performance and client satisfaction
Position reports to ANI's Director of Events & Media Services, and interfaces with corporate client management daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS Degree required
3-5 years of program/project management required
Strong team-leadership skills required
Ability to problem-solve and operate well under stressful conditions required
Video Production/broadcast experience preferred
Experience within a corporate environment preferred
Experience/knowledge of network/IP technology a plus
Proficiency in using both MAC and PC computers required
