|      As part of the dynamic  results-oriented marketing group the Director of Brand Management will play a  strategic and cohesive role within the global team. The primary objective of the  Director is to develop, manage and drive a robust brand program which supports  the broader short and long-term global marketing strategy. The Director  collaborates with Retail Product Marketing, OEM Marketing, Vertical Segment  Marketing, Marcom, Web and Research to ensure the brand message is relevant to  consumers and all initiatives support the brand promise. 
  The Director  will have a proven track record in building and managing a world-class brand  program, and is responsible for developing, measuring, and optimizing annual  marketing plans for the retail and corporate brand worldwide. Reporting to the  VP of Retail Marketing, the Director is responsible for leading cross-functional  teams of internal and external partners (i.e. regional sales, channel marketing,  agencies, etc.) ensuring system alignment and developing activation strategies;  ensuring that messaging and communication are consistent with the brand  strategy; proactively distributes new brand information on an ongoing basis to  the regional and cross-functional teams. 
  This position requires a  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent with a  minimum of 10 years branding experience in consumer retail markets and/or  brand/agency experience. National and global branding experience with a  background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) required. Proven track record  building a world-class retail brand program, in-depth understanding of marketing  and advertising, experienced leading cross-functional teams and agencies. The  individual in this role will also need to be comfortable making public  presentations, interacting effectively with all levels of the organization, have  ability to prepare and present to executive staff. We are looking for someone  who is results oriented that has demonstrated measured success in their prior  work. Must work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. Strong  understanding of both direct and indirect sales channels. Need to have strong  knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Must be organized, methodical, self  motivated and a team player.
