 Position Responsibilities
 
 Essential Functions:
 
 Work with the Silver Tail Systems marketing communications and product marketing teams to drive all aspects of demand creation and branding, including webinars, email campaigns, advertising programs, trade shows, newsletters, web content and design and participation in industry events and industry speaking opportunities. 
     Manage all press outreach, including contributed articles, panel participation, public speaking opportunities and the development of press announcements. 
     Working with the Silver Tail Systems marketing communication and product marketing teams, provide logistics support when required for Silver Tail Systems events, including site selection and site surveys, negotiation of venue contracts, production of collateral and graphic materials and local event support. 
     Assist in the development of product collateral, including web copy, data sheets, product briefs, PowerPoint presentations and White Papers.  Work with the marketing communications and product marketing teams to develop Silver Tail Systems social media plan, including monitoring and response to posts, blogging, sourcing material from Silver Tail Systems' staff and maintaining a presence in key communities and developing new communities. 
     Develop and implement a Silver Tail Systems User Group community and supporting events.  
 
 Job Requirements
 
 Mandatory:
 
 Bachelors degree in a technical field. MBA preferred.
     5+ years of experience in anti-fraud or enterprise security software. 
     Strong project management skills
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
     Strong PowerPoint, writing, and copy editing skills as well as an eye for good graphic design
     Demonstrated accomplishments in collateral development, demand creation programs and trade show/event development and coordination
     Thorough understanding of multichannel marketing methodologies including: database analytics, e-mail marketing, web marketing, webinars, user groups, SEO, social networking, print media, direct mail and public relations
     Occasional travel
