Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Field Marketing Manager consultant to support account-based Marketing for one of our technology clients. This role will develop and deliver marketing programs that will align to specific Tier I accounts. Working very closely with sales teams to understand customer situations, this role will focus on driving service offerings in the U. S. geography. Technology sales experience required and product or service sales background at Cisco is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer situations and translate those into viable integrated marketing programs
Develop and deliver components of marketing program, work with cross-functional teams to gather content and edit as needed. Some content development required.
Experience and comfort with customer interaction is a must!
Requires some travel for projects such as account planning sessions
Ideal assignment for someone looking to transition from sales to marketing
Skills:
7 – 10 years experience in technology in sales, supporting sales or field sales marketing. Cisco experience highly preferred.
Looking for "specialists" with recent B2B Enterprise experience selling/marketing to retail, manufacturing and/or finance verticals
Ability to effectively work 1:1 with sales
Ability to translate customer objectives into marketing programs.
Ability to effectively implement: must have strong program management skills
Must have great communications skills including ability to negotiate and facilitate with different stakeholders
Strategic thinker, with ability to translate customer needs into viable marketing programs
Ideal candidate is driver/independent worker with a keen eye to detail
BA/BS in Sales, Marketing or related field
Rate: $ 1,800/week D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: 100% offsite; prefer West Coast location, but will consider others. No phone calls, please.
Hours/Duration: Full time, ASAP- ongoing
