XaaS Service Pricing Analyst at Cisco, San Jose, California
Our client at Cisco seeks a Service Pricing Analyst who will serve as a technical and functional solution provider, helping provide innovative, easy to use solutions for complex business problems. The Analyst will be involved in the complete life cycle of the projects providing technical and analytical support along with analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders; prioritizing requirements and responsible for development efforts are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business; coordinating with cross-functional members and assisting with offer creation, service delivery components development, acceptance testing, project documentation and end-user training. Additionally, this individual will provide ongoing analytical support to validate data integration and system functionality.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable to a changing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, service delivery experience, and comprehensive understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze the cost of service delivery components by offer type
Propose effective service pricing by offer type, by payment terms and billing metrics
Coordinate data validation activities with various service delivery teams, IT and business SME's from different teams in Cisco
Drive high quality requirements to maintain data integrity of project data sources
Communicating project requirements to members of immediate and extended teams Develop Business Requirements including process flows, system workflows, and data flow diagrams for pricing tooling/reporting capabilities
Execute against project plans, partner with IT team, and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives successfully through project life cycle and provide timely status on progress
Skills Required:
BS/BA or equivalent. Minimum of 5+ year's prior experience in service delivery, business and project management;
Problem-solving and communication skills; business and technical knowledge that support effective business analysis
Ability to assess multiple requirements from cross functional organizations to find patterns, correlations and identify common needs and associated business solutions.
Strong analytical and QA skills; strong attention to details.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a focus on quality of deliverables.
Hands on experience with scripting and programming including Oracle SQL, Visual Basic, html, web technologies, Perl. Business Objects, Java, Dashboard programming experience preferred.
Availability: Immediate
Duration: Full time; Open-ended, contract
Location: On-site daily; San Jose, California
