Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking an Online Company Store Manager, who will work side-by-side with our client to play a critical role in partnering with various teams to craft campaigns that deliver a cohesive story and an excellent ecommerce customer experience for our digital space. The right candidate must have demonstrated the ability to deliver innovative merchandising concepts. This is an entry level postion for someone with a great attitude that is eager to learn.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining an online company store for a rapidly growing company
Ability to aggregates acquisition and fulfillment for swag, collateral, customer gifts, trade show equipment, etc..
Inventory management
Client-engagement
Spreadsheet, PO and email management
Key Qualifications
1-2+ years of expertise in merchandising in a digital setting.
Deep knowledge of site merchandising best practices with a strong merchandising "eye"
Relevant experience in retail or marketing with a proven history of delivering results.
Exceptional teamwork and demonstrated agility to partner with various types of teams and people.
Superior verbal and written communications skills and extreme attention-to-detail.
Excellent project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
