Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Top-tier academic and professional experience record

Fluency in a foreign language preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, high energy level, dedicated work ethic

Ability to understand and quickly internalize unfamiliar material such as: scientific and clinical literature, medical protocols, educational presentations.

Outstanding verbal skills, especially the ability to establish rapport with busy clinicians

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think creatively and independently under pressure

Customer-service orientation

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Power Point.

 

Description:

The Business Development Associate will work directly with the US Business Development Team Leader to educate existing and prospective clinical facilities in the U.S. about the company test and guide them through the process of adopting this new medical technology in their practice. This position is entrusted with shaping company’s image. It heavily relies on ability to communicate to clinicians nuanced scientific & medical aspects of our technology, analyze clinical needs and propose appropriate solutions. This position is a perfect fit for ambitious candidates who want to begin a career in a challenging, rewarding environment, and it also offers substantial potential for growth. The Associate will receive extensive and continuous training in all aspects of business. He or She will progressively assume greater responsibility within the company, including but not limited to: generating business development and marketing strategies, participating in medical conferences and trade shows, and interacting with key medical opinion leaders.
