Title: Finance Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
This is an urgent position for a Financial Manager with the following skills:
- 3-5 years of experience is required in Finance with expertise in GL, Customer service, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Expense Analysis, Financial planning and Forecasting.
- Work with Business Operations to meet both financial and business goals
- Lead the Service Portfolio and Service Costing
- Drive opportunities to simplify and consolidate financial reporting and consolidation across the team
- Partner with clients from other orgs across the business to help manage and submit cross-charges
- Drive process improvement and simplification across finance tools
- Lead ad-hoc finance projects and activities when opportunities arise
- Ownership of forecasting and planning process
- Develop and enhance current Service Cost Models and Metrics
- Collaborate with Service Managers to track and financially manage client funded programs
- Refine and implement monthly and quarterly financial reports. Prepare and submit budget and resource reports.
- Perform ad hoc, non-routine financial analysis as needed
- Very good communication skills
