The Embedded Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning and execution of outbound marketing programs for embedded products and solutions across all marker segments.

The qualified candidate will work collaboratively with MARCOM, product management, sales, CTO and engineering teams to define and execute programs. The manager requires a blend of technical depth, product marketing expertise, market knowledge and strong communications skills.

Responsibilities for this position include:


Define and execute go-to-market plans for Symmetricom solutions (software and hardware).
Create sales tools including presentations, sales sheets, whitepapers, customer case studies, ROI collateral, web messaging, etc.
Define and execute demand generation programs.
Manage channel marketing programs.
Play active role in training and supporting the sales force through formal and informal means.

Essential Qualifications:


BSEE / CS undergraduate degree required. MBA preferred.
8+ years product marketing experience in embedded software and hardware solutions in enterprise, communications and government market segments.
Demonstrated ability to bring new products to market in emerging competitive environments.
Demonstrated ability to position, package and promote products while launching them to both the internal and external market audiences.
Strong project management, collaborative and cross-functional coordination skills.
Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and presentation.
Proactive work style, self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
Excellent writing and web content development skills
Experience with public speaking.
