This role will support our clients' services organization. <br /><br /> The Consultant will support internal communications initiatives which focus on changes in business policy, business process and customer tools. The Consultant will be responsible for creating an end-to-end change communications strategy as well as keeping internal stakeholders well-informed about the strategy, expectations, timelines and results.<br /><br /> Specific responsibilities: <br /><br /> Create an end-to-end communications strategy to address key impact areas that will result in successful business change<br /><br /> Perform an impact analysis and report ongoing results linked to the communications plan<br /><br /> Identify gaps in understanding about business changes and recommend communications strategy to mitigate risks to success<br /><br /> Skills:<br /><br /> <br /><br /> 6-7 years' of internal/employee communications experience (B2B, enterprise) specifically relating to business transformation change management. Opportunity Assessment (OA) experience is required<br /><br /> Solid understanding of best practices in change management. Must be able to communicate to internal stakeholders the reasons why change communications are critical to business success and how the change communications can drive innovation success <br /><br /> Familiarity with Prosci, the Agile development process, DMAIC improvement process or similar methodology strongly preferred<br /><br /> Mature verbal communicator, able to problem solve calmly with all levels of the organization impact assessments<br /><br /> Excellent customer service skills; ensure internal stakeholders are well-informed about communications strategy, expectations, timelines and results<br /><br /> B.A. or higher in Change Management, Business, Communications, or related field is required<br /><br /> RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group<br /><br /> LOCATION: 3 days onsite at clients' office in San Jose, CA, 2 days remote/virtual/work from home.
